Welcome to Rediff Moneywiz Share Bazaar Game (“Game”/“Service”) brought to you by Rediff.com India Limited ("Rediff," "WE," "US," OR "OUR", "Rediff.com").

This Game is open to Indian citizens residing in Territory of Union of India, until discontinued by Rediff.com.
These terms of use are legal and binding on you to access and enjoy the Game. By accessing the Game, you are indicating that you have read these Terms of Use, that you understand it, and that you consent to be bound by all of its terms and conditions. These Terms of Use sets forth your rights and obligations with respect to your use of the Game. If at any time you do not agree to the Terms of Use, you are not authorized to use and access the Game and will disqualify you forthwith from participation or winning as the case may be.
Rediff.com may at any time modify these terms and conditions (“Terms”) of the Service including the Service either wholly or in part, without any prior notification to you. You can access the latest version of the Terms at http://moneygame.rediff.com/Terms_of_Use.html at any time. You should regularly review the Terms. In the event the modified Terms are not acceptable to you, you should discontinue using the Service. However, if you continue to use the Service you agree to accept and abide by the modified Terms.
You represent and warrant that you are competent and eligible to enter into legally binding agreement. You shall not use this Service if you are not competent to contract under the applicable laws, rules and regulations.
Rediff.com reserves the absolute right to disqualify you if it considers that you have used improper means to participate in the Game.
To avail of and use the Services and play the Game you will have to register with Rediff.com. As a part of registration process you agree to provide Rediff.com with current, complete, and accurate registration information (the “Registration Data”) and keep it updated, complete and accurate. If Rediff.com has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, Rediff.com retains the right to indefinitely suspend or terminate your membership and refuse to provide you with access to the Service.
You shall be solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and shall be fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
Any information provided by you shall be governed in accordance with our Privacy Policy which is included herein by way of reference.
This Game is a notional stock trading game without any signup fees and it replicates aspects of securities transaction in real-life stock markets. The Game contains information about the prices of securities traded on the Stock Exchange. As a player you are provided within your portfolio with in-game points representing hypothetical capital that can be used only within the Game to buy stocks listed on the Stock Exchange and no real money/currency or shares or securities are involved in playing the Game.
You can play this Game and compete with other players either as an individual or invite other users, your friends and folks to form the Team to play the Game in accordance with these Terms. For every Team you form or join, a Team linked portfolio may be created with a starting notional capital. You will act as Team Leader if you form a new team and invite other players to form the Team. As a Team Leader you will have the discretion to accept or reject a request from the other users to join the Team. You may even choose to transfer leadership to another player for any reason.
Each round of the Game lasts for one calendar month beginning on the first day and ending on the last day of the month. Upon beginning of new round every month the structure of Teams, if any, are left intact but all game points scored in terms of stock holdings and available cash are eliminated and fresh game points in terms of personal starting capital is provided to you as an individual either playing alone or in Team.
You can build your portfolio of notional investments by buying and selling stocks at any time during the round against the notional capital provided to you. A notional account is created in your name and details of securities held by you, bought or sold, date of transaction, profit/loss as may be applicable in your Portfolio may be accessible to other users.

The process of selection of Winner is automated. Winner declaration will be final. Winners will be declared/notified on the website and also by email on their respective email ids. Rediff.com reserves the right to use the Winner(s) details for promoting the Service.
Title of Daily Winner will be awarded to a Player or Team that has gained highest increase in its Portfolio value at the end of the trading day since previous market close.
Title of Monthly Winner is awarded at the end of a round to Player or Team with the highest final total value of the Portfolio which is arrived at by taking into consideration the Total Value of the securities in the portfolio plus available/unspent capital less starting capital.
Rediff.com reserves the right to announce, alter, change or suspend Prizes at any time. The Prize is not transferable and shall not be assigned to any other person. All taxes, levies and charges relating to the prizes will be borne by the Winners. There is no exchange, substitution, cash substitution, cash redemption or cash value or products of equivalent value in lieu of the respective prize.
Rediff shall not entertain any questions, enquiries on the manner of conduct of the winner declaration and the Game itself from any party whatsoever.
Rediff reserves the right to request for a valid identification from the Player and/or Team at the time of disbursements of the Prize.
Rediff gives no warranty as to quality of prizes / after sale service etc related to the prize. All government, federal, state and local taxes payable (including but not limited to income tax, surcharge, etc.) imposed under the Indian laws in connection with this Game in any respect shall be the responsibility and obligation of the Winner. All charges, costs and expenses not specifically part of the prize shall be the responsibility and obligation of the Winner concerned. For avoidance of the doubt, Rediff.com shall not be liable for any costs and expenses incurred by the Winner to participate in this Game and acceptance of prize.
Rediff.com encourages you to provide your feedback, views, and suggestions (“Content”) in respect of the Game. You may interact with the other users through Discussion Board as per the terms and conditions which are included herein by way of reference. You may post your views and ideas on the Discussion Board of the Game however; this should not be done at the cost of hurting the sentiments/feelings of anyone.
You agree and undertake that you shall not post/upload any content on the Discussion Board of the Game that is:
- for the purposes of spamming, junk mail, chain letters, soliciting business or any other commercial/monetary gain;
- false, misleading, unlawful or with the intent to defraud, harass, stalk, threaten, abuse, intimidate, accuse, impersonate or harm the feelings of anyone;
- illegal, obscene, pornographic, vulgar, provocative, defamatory, indecent, libelous, racist, hateful, threatening, infringing of intellectual property rights, invasive of privacy or public rights or any other third party rights or otherwise injurious or objectionable;
- is an expression of bigotry or hatred based on age, gender, race, religion, caste, class, lifestyle preference, and nationality.
- to promote, market, offer for sale or solicit business for any product or services whether owned/offered by you or any third party directly or indirectly through the Service.
- copyrighted material in which the rights are not owned or controlled by you.
- violate any applicable laws or regulations.
Rediff.com does not claim any ownership in the Content. However, you hereby grant Rediff.com, its subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, assigns, other members/users a non-exclusive, royalty free, perpetual, worldwide, sub-licensable, transferable rights to use the said Content including without limitation the right to adapt, copy, embed, link, distribute, transmit, cache, archive, index, host, crawl, publicly display, publicly perform, reproduce, alter, edit, delete, format, translate, store, remix, view, sublicense your Content, without compensation to you or any other provider of the Content in any media format or medium through any media channels.
You agree and undertake that you shall not use this site/Game for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited. This service is provided to you as a matter of convenience for your personal and non-commercial use.
You agree and acknowledge that Rediff.com (including its directors, employees, affiliates, agents, representatives or subcontractors) shall not be liable for any loss, damage or liability resulting, directly or indirectly, from delays, interruptions, downtime due to electronic or mechanical equipment failures, telephone interconnect problems, defects, weather, strikes, walkouts, fire, acts of God, riots, armed conflicts, acts of war, or other like causes. Rediff.com shall have no liability to provide you access to the Game while interruption due to any such cause shall continue.
You agree and acknowledge that the graphics, software and content on this site including the Game are the copyrighted work of Rediff.com and/or its respective third party enabling partners as per the respective proprietary notices contained therein. No right or license is granted hereunder in respect of any copyright, patent or trademark of Rediff.com to any person.
REDIFF.COM EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED ABOUT THE SUITABILITY, RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, TIMELINESS, QUALITY, CONITUNITY, PERFORMANCE, LACK OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS AND ACCURACY OF THE INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND RELATED GRAPHICS CONTAINED WITHIN THIS SITES AND THE GAME FOR ANY PURPOSE. This agreement is governed and construed in accordance with the Laws of Union of India. You hereby irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Rediff sites/services
